Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates. For online orders, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed in USD at checkout. Estimated delivery dates will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated. Expedited delivery is only available within the contiguous United States. Freight deliveries may require special handling.
- Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
- Signature Requirement. Small parcel orders do not require a signature upon delivery. If this option is requested, please note that an individual must be present at time of delivery to provide the required signature.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes. buybarber.com is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).
- Shipment Delays. buybarber.com is not responsible for any shipment delays by the carriers, in case of a shipment delay a claim can be submitted directly to the carrier by phone or through their official website, for order status please contact buybarber.com Support at https://thebarbercompany.com/pages/contact-1 or call (702) 900-9972.
- Shipment Damages. In case of damage on a shipment, thebarbercompany.com will evaluate if such damage was made due to packaging or carrier, in case of product damaged due to packaging issues buybarber.com will work with customers to replace or repair the product, in case of product damage due to carrier, a claim should be submitted to carrier for insurance coverage (if applicable/available).
- Lost Shipment. In case of lost packages both the customer and thebarbercompany.com should present a claim with the carrier directly to the carrier by phone or through their official website, thebarbercompany.com will replace the lost package once the carrier has declared it lost.

buybarber.com ships to the US and Canada only. If you are located outside of the U.S and Canada, please contact Support at https://thebarbercompany.com/pages/contact-1 or call (702) 900-9972.
We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
