Returns and Exchanges Policy
Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders are only eligible for returns or refunds in cases where the products are received damaged.
Return Authorization:
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization from our Customer Service team. Please contact us at 702-900-9972 to obtain a return authorization number if eligible.
Purchases must be made directly from www.thebarbercompany.com to qualify for returns.
Upon approval, Customer Service will provide a return authorization via email.
Shipping and Handling:
Return shipping charges for items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be securely packed with the original packing slip and the email containing the return authorization.
Returns must be sent to the address specified by Customer Service, not to our Shipping Warehouse. We are not liable for returns sent outside of our specified procedure.
Refunds for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will not be charged for return shipping. A full refund will be issued without any restocking fees.
Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, with all accessories, within 30 days from the shipping date.
Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used for merchandise purchases.
Opened or used items are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Original packaging is required for a refund on damaged or defective items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the package is returned to sender and a refund is requested.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
The refund amount will reflect any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied, including sales tax.
Credits will be issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and processed. Please allow time for delivery, processing, and the credit card issuer to credit your account.
Additional Policies:
Straight Razor purchases are final and not eligible for returns.
By purchasing from our company, you agree to adhere to all brand policies, including but not limited to, the prohibition of resale on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, adherence to the brand's MAP policy, and respect for all trademarks, patents, and intellectual property rights.
